Peter Sharp, born in Bromley, Kent UK and now residing in Jackson, MS.
Turning 55 on January 5th, Peter decided to embark on this adventure to cycle Land's End to John O'Groats in 14 days spanning 1,000 miles.
Peter owns, along with his wife Tamar, the Fairview Inn in Jackson, MS. They have a daughter Sophie, a junior at Tulane University, and lost their son, Simon, to leukemia in 2007. Peter is active on the Board's of Temple Beth Israel in Jackson, MS, Professional Association of Innkeeper's International (PAII), Select Registry, Bed and Breakfast Association of Mississippi (BBAM), Mississippi Tourism Association (MTA) and supports the Boy Scouts of America and Blair E. Batson Chidlren's Cancer Clinic through the Simon Sharp Eagle Fund. Peter enjoys golf, sailing, and cycling.
